Evergreen Shrub HELP!

    someone told me that it may be called "hollywood" or "holly wood hedge". Is this the same plant?

    Around here they're referred to as "Builder Bushes" because it's the cheapest thing the
    Low Ball builder can throw in front of a house to call it "landscaped"
