Evening Primrose?

    Can anyone tell me what this is? It was photographed in Brazoria County TX (that's South of Houston on the Gulf Coast) in September.

    Looks like Ludwigia octovalvis Family: Onagraceae, Evening-primrose
    It is the most abundant Ludwigia species in that area. It has four petals and eight stamens, cylindrical seed capsules to two inches long.
