I've transplanted a 2m high Evartamia Divaricata tree into my apartment balcony planter box about a year ago. The planter box is abt 2m long x 1.5m wide x 0.5m deep. The tree initially flourished but abt 2 month ago it started shedding leaves, even green ones. The new shoots have pale small green leaves which die off soon. I thought it was some sort of calcium deficiency.. I watered in fertilizer but it doesn't seem to help. A couple of branches have lush leaves, but the other 3-4 branches look like they are dying.. Any advice?? I live in a tropical climate, so it's not the cold that's getting to it.. I'll try to post images in the next post, as I seem to be hvg some probes posting via my iPad. .
