I was recently reading about the chemical resiniferatoxin found in Euphorbia resinifera. Apparently resiniferatoxin is classified on the Scoville Scale of hotness (usually for hot peppers) and is hotter than the hottest hot pepper. I was wondering if anyone knows if this plant is sold as an indoor plant in BC? My question comes from a safety perspective i.e. in case of accidental ingestion.

Welcome to the forums, Dorothy. I'm not answering your question, but I found it interesting, in light of your question, that Wikipedia talks about its use in mediating pain and neurogenic inflammation.
