I am new to gardening and have been searching around trying to find the answer to this on the web...I have golden euonymus that is verigated gold and green. I saw a beautiful pure gold euonymus in a magazine once but have never seen one in real life. My varigated gold/green does sprout some pure gold brances, if I take a cutting from one of the pure gold brances to propogate a new plant will I have a better chance at getting mostly or all gold in the new plant?? any insight would be appreciated, for all the more experienced gardeners out there :)
All yellow shoots may not be able to live off the parent bush due to lack of chlorophyll. Try rooting some pieces anyway but be aware that possibility may occur.
