echeveria bloomed.... ?

    okay, my succulent bloomed, and as I was told would happen, the flowers and stalk have died.
    So now what?

    Do I cut the stalk close to the plant and discard it, or will nature take care of it on her own?

    Is the whole plant dead (meaning other planlettes that have grown off of the first rossette), or just the one that flowered?

    Do I uproot it to stop rot?

    If it has bloomed, I would think that just the bloom has died not the whole plant. Can you post a pic

    Why not post a picture of your plant so we can see if it really is an Echeveria? Your comments make me doubt whether it really is an Echeveria.
