I have 4 East Palatka Holly trees that were planted 2 years ago. The trees are growing nicely and have new leaf growth. The problem that started about 2 weeks ago is large quantities of existing leafs are turning yellow and falling off. The trees are approx. 10 feet tall and are in full sun. Could it be I am watering too much or is this a disease that I need to spray for?

    Possibly a nitrogen deficiency.

Are they older leaves? They should yellow and drop in the Spring.

If the young leaves are yellowing, that is a problem.
