Closest Campanula I could find was Campanula aparinoides (which it doesn't seem to be, from what I can tell).

How close is this bog to a person's garden or old settlement?

This was located next to the Bog Garden of the Cranbrook Institute. Possibly a Campanula cochlearifolia [pixie white]?

Thanks to all for the input

Cultivated, no wonder I couldn't find it.
