    Any hints and good advise on keeping this palm in its best condition.? food, watering, soil, temp, wind ect...?

    Plant will be in pot from seedling, 20 - 30 cm tall. After 2 years, planted in garden

    ok if that is that palm you have it is a rare species...... it needs a Sunny, moist, but well drained position.

    where did you get this from.. did you grow it from seeds?... if you did where did youg et the seeds from? also do you have any other trees?

    a seedling. i have hedyscepe canterburyana, bottle palm, spindle, archontophoenix myolensis, buccaneer palm, p ekmanii, dypsis decaryi, carpoxylon macrospermum, majesty palm.

    what is your climate like? hottest day.. coldest day.... windy... sandy soils/ soil type.....humid or dry.. and so on

    march - november 23c to 36 c dec - jan 15c winter is rare to go under 40f, perhaps once every 4 years. we never get frost, we are in a micro climate

    the soil is on the side of a mountain, 5 mins car drive to coast, a bit alkaline, sometimes windy in winter.
