I found a site that sells dwarf red navel trees. Could I grow this tree in a big barrel, like half a whiskey barrel, inside my pool cage. My concern is what about pollintation???

    What do you think??

Gradually, over the years, yes, as you would want to slowly increase the size of your roots/plant in total, when it has reached a specific size, to match the barrel, on the other hand you may start with putting the pot within the barrel...
Incidentally, how do you intend to move it indoors or is the cage a glass covered pool room which keeps out both the elements of freezing temperatures and rain?

They are self fertile, so don't worry about pollinating. They don't need bees or the wind, they do it all by themselves :D

The pool cage is a screened pool cage. The tree would be in the cage all year long. My main question is that will the tree bare fruit without being pollinated by bees? Since there will be no bees in the pool cage, I hope!!! I live in south central Florida, so a freeze is not a big concern.

Hello, there should be no pollinating issues for your citrus tree. They are self pollinating. here's a link.
