Wildflowers: Dwarf mountain umbell

I get this picture for identify at the last weekend, but I dont know what is this.
This plant native in the Piatra Craiului National park (Romania).
I think this plant belongs to the apiaceae family, and live in the higher regions (1000 meter+)

Certainly Apiaceae. A clearer pic of the leaves would help, though I don't have any info on Apiaceae species in southeastern Europe myself.

 

Unfortunately this is the best picture for the leaves.

 

Some Cymopterus. About 50 species. Many of them are alpine and local.

 

It's ok for the first look, but I think the cymopterus genus non-native in Europe.

 

Hmm, try Ligusticum, then.

Great, it looks like Ligusticum mutellina because only one ligusticum species native in Romania :)

But of course I was looking some picture for this plant, and it looks like sinilar.
