I have had my dwarf meyer lemon tree for two years now, and it's doubled in size to about 10 inches but never flowered. It has problems during the winter because we don't enough sun, but it perks right back up when it gets warm. I've been watering every week and misting it. I added some blood meal to the soil because the leaves were looking pale. Is there anything I can do to get it to flower?
