I live in Carson City, Nevada Does anyone know of a dwarf japanese maple that can take full sun and cold - I want to plant a dwarf maple with either dark purple or pink leaves - Thanks!
Casron City is close in elevation to Reno, though climate is probably a little different. Summer and winter temps are similiar, but Carson is fairly windy by comparison. I think Reno is zone 2(B).
