More information is needed. how large is the tree? Have you planted it in the ground? How long have you had the tree? How often has it been watered? Any branches turning black? are the leaves turning color before falling? Is the plant in original pot it was purchased in? With out more info problems can range from too much water, not enough water, transplant shock, too much light, not enough, root damage and I'm sure much more..
