Not sure about "dwarf" but we have a supplier here in BC that deals in grafted avocados on dwarf rootstock. Tropic to Tropic (I believe he ships) - Tropic to Tropic Plants :: Home Persea Americana Avocado Zone (8 protected) 9-11, Sun,6’-18’, Native Height 80’ Pruned on Dwarf rootstock 8’, Evergreen.
