    Hello,
I planted a small Choisya "Aztec Pearl" last fall. It survived the winter, produced some lovely flowers in the spring, and seemed to be doing well. All of a sudden, in the past week, it has started to droop and its leaves are turning yellow. It has been watered faithfully, and I have given it some 20-20-20 a couple of times over the past few months. I don't know how to help it but it makes me sad to see it looking so poorly. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong, and how I can fix it?
It's in a shaded courtyard garden, growing between a small ostrich fern and a hydrangea.
    Thanks!

  2. Check soil moisture. Discontinue the triple 20 unless a soil test shows you have really poor soil. And even then you are unlikely to need to supplement all three primary nutrients in such high amounts.

Frequently watered potted plants in soilless potting media may require use of such products because they subject to heavy leaching.
