Hi- I planted 2 emerald cedars last year(Sept)and wrapped them for the winter. In April I unwrapped them and they looked fine. Lately the top branches seem to be drooping. The tips aren't turning brown just flailing out in all directions. No bugs that I can see. Got lots of rain last week so I didn't think that was the problem. Do new cedars do this? Do I need to trim them back? Too hot right now (30C) Sorry if this is a weird question. I have only grown junipers and don't remember my parents trimming cedars until they were too big. I live in Southern Ont Zone 6B.
    Thanks
