nearly a month old plant that can't seem to find it's place. high light, medium light, and shade have all been used. increased water and decreased water. away from drafts and in regular micacle grow potting soil at the moment. unsure about how to keep plant happy. i was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to care for it.
the leaves are sort of brown in places as well as yellow in others. plant just all around seems unhappy.

They like bright indirect light, certain times of the day the sun can be too strong and burn the leaves, They are susceptible to root rot and prefer to dry out before they are watered again. When you do water, soak it thoroughly.
Brown tips are not really a big problem, could be from hard-water, or low humidity.
