My brother took a photo of it in Vietnam and we cant identify it. Any ideas? It might be a vegetable, we are not sure.
I can't zoom in on your photo, so this is just a wild guess or direction in which to search. It may be a form of Citrus medica or Buddha's hand citron. This is a citrus fruit that has yellow fingers, often looking a bit like an octopus, not usually flattened as in your photo. The other one that occurs to me would be a form of summer squash. Tremendous variability with them.
