Does anyone know what this plant is? I have had it for 10-15 years and have re-potted it several times. Each leaf cluster has a max of 10-11 leaves. Each leaf is serrated.

Depends on which book you read! But Schefflera in its broad sense is known to be paraphyletic, so it is likely to be revised extensively in the future; and this species is from an area (New Caledonia) noted for its very high rates of endemism and long disconnection from other floras. So I'd be extremely surprised if it gets kept in Schefflera in its strict sense.

Is this also called "false" Aralia?
