Identification: Does anyone know what this is?

I was given this plant as an off shoot of a friend's neither of us have any idea what it is - she thinks her mom picked it up somewhere in one of those mystery "tropical plant" pots at Wal-mart.
I'd love to know what it is - it needs to be re potted and I'd like to know if there is anything special I should do with it.

Looks like Euphorbia leuconeura, Madagascar Jewel.

 

i want to say some type of euphorbia. the leaves look very similar to one that i have. growth pattern looks different, though. i don't think the flowers that are there are quite right for that either.
