I have 3 corderlines thriving in the garden, 2 green and 1 red. Having noticed that some of the neighbours in the area have corderlines that are now taller than their houses, i'm starting to wonder just how high they do grow to? i have noticed that certain corderlines have quite a thick trunk too the taller they get, some a foot or more thick.

They certainly seem to love the British climate and they are rock solid in strong winds, despite their height the wind deosnt seem to shift them much as it deos other trees.

If they grow so tal, I was wondering how much of a spread their roots have?

Deos anyone have any experience with these trees when they become full blown trees?

Typically 3-6m tall, but the British Isles champion specimen is 15m tall.

    PS Spellcheck: Cordyline.
