Does anyone recognize this plant ? It has thick, opposite pairs of leaves, similar in texture to a jade plant. Unlike a jade plant, the leaves are elongated & toothed with a bit of a curl. The leaves are green on top & edged with a fine line of red/purple. The underside of the leaves has red "stripes."

The plant can grow a foot or so tall, but tends to fall over. Little rootlets appear along the stem. If I planted this in a long container, I think it would be very happy to run, setting down lots of roots.

Babies appear along the leaf margins. The babies are pairs of tiny leaves with a few root hairs. Once they fall into the soil, they sit, frequently for many weeks, before seeming to take root & continue to grow.

The leaves have been developing a powdery looking coating that then slowly kills off the entire leaf. Rubbing alcohol seems to help a little, but I don't know what the plant is or what is killing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
