Do you know this creeper?

Looks like Lysimachia nummularia. Common name creeping jenny. See....

I do have the green creeping jenny but this yellow leaved plant never blooms.

 

Still think it is Lysimachia . Check L.nummularia aurea. Golden creeping Jenny. See....

Yes: it is the yellow-leaved form. Common in horticulture, as is the typical green plants.
