I have a bay laurel bush, which has thrived in a container for several years. In the last few weeks, the leaves have been covered with white powdery spots. I have washed them off with a garden hose, but they have returned. What is it and is there a chemical-free way to get rid of it? Thanks. 'A Potty Gardener'.
