Does anyone know the name of these plants? And maybe some information on how to care for them and their native origin.

The Codieaum (or Croton) will do well indoors or part shade. Your first Dracaena the same. The D. marginata will be able to grow in full sun (depending on your minimum temperature as to whether you put them in the ground or not)
