Hi, I live in the southwest desert of az, where the temperture can reach 110+ in the summer and in the mid 30s in the winter. I would like to grow pomagrantes and kiwi, and I would like to know if it is possible.
    Thanks claude

I believe Pomagrantes are well adapted to hot, dry climates though supplemental water would probably be appreciated. Kiwis though, thrive in hot humid climates, maybe not the really hot dry climate you have. With some shelter (late afternoon shade) and lots of water, you could probably get a crop of kiwi.

As for winter temperatures, you're probably OK.....what is your gardening zone or minimum winter temperature?
