Hello everyone, I have a nice clump of Japanese Gold Band lily and most of it is very happy. Two stalks are coming up strong, but the foliage is odd...the leaves are all coming out of the stalk in the same place, like a big feather duster! It looks very odd.

Any thoughts on what is causing this?

    Many thanks,
    Janet
