I have a property with a number of mature Pieris, in full sun and they have been infested with lacebugs. Does anyone know when the best time is to spray them with Dormant oil? I have heard that Dormant Summer Oil works well, but I haven't found info on their life cycle to know when the best time to spray is. Does anyone have any experience with these pests?
