I'm a first time grower of dahlias. Has anyone ever used Bayer All-In-One Rose and Flower Care on their dahlias? Is it OK to use? I use it on my roses successfully, but have not used on anything else. Bottle does not say anything about dahlias/bulbs/tubers. Thanks so much.
