Daffodils

I would like to plant daffodils at the cemetery, I have never planted before and live in Massachusetts. the location of the plot is very sunny in the summer months.

Should be OK. Planting time is usually early/mid autumn.

I would recommend small or dwarf flowering ones, these do not blow over and snap like the big yellow ones. Not sure if they are available to you but Narcissus pseudonarcissis Lobularis is a good wild daffodil, it spreads slowly by seed.Common name Lent lily.

i agree with the variety suggestion as well as time for planting.

i would suggest you check with the cemetary to make sure it's okay to plant something...a lot of cemetaries do not allow plantings...
