I didn't realize until the other day there was an area where we could show off our photos.

This is my pride and joy cymbidium orchid. I've had the plant for probably 15 year now. Every spring it goes outside on the sundeck and comes in the house just before we get our first frost. Every year for the past 10-12 it has treated me with a flower spike. These flowers last almost 3 months but alas, no fragrance.

    Thanks!

When I imagined what I think an orchid should smell like it would be along the lines of a rose . . .

My phaleanopsis and cattleyas have very nice fragrances, and so does the cymbidium plant i have in my store, it depends on the cultivar of the plant as to whether it has a fragrance or not.
