I bought a lovely red cyclamen in December last year, and it did pretty well, flowered for a few months and then started to go into dormancy when it got warmer as expected. When the leaves died I put it away in a dark cupboard, hoping it would come back this year. I came across it about a week ago and thought it might be time to bring it out of dormancy so I watered it to 'wake' it. So far I haven't seen any signs of life, should I be worrying yet? Does anyone know of any other requirements for coming out of dormancy? I'm wondering if it just isn't cold enough as my African violet still seems very happy and it would be a bit odd if a cyclamen and a AV were happy in the same room......

    Thanks

    Jen
