Hello again, inthe spring I planted clippings of Nebbiolo vines and it sems to be growing well, do you think it's ok to plant more clippings of Nebbiolo in the fall because I have more clippings stored in a cool place. Also how long does it take for Phylloxera to attack a vinifera grape vine after it's planted your advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks
