I was wondering if any of you have heard of the Cutless landscape growth regulator from SePRO? (www.sepro.com) What I have not been able to find is if it is toxic/harmful to trees.
    Anyone use this before?

Try searching www for "flurprimidol" to get information from outside sources.

FAQ (link below) at site you linked to has this:

    31. Will Cutless affect shrubs or flowers growing next to treated areas?

No, if the Cutless application is directed only to the turfgrass surface. If applied directly to the bare soil at the base of ornamentals, a typical growth response will result.
