    Planting site is much too small and close to building.

    Agreed, it's at the Cleveland botanical garden. I would not plant it that close to my house.

    It's looks like they've actually got two of them a few feet apart. Near Seattle (USDA 8) there is a commercial building with multiple examples of the Van Den Akker clone of 'Pendula', the tallest over 70' high.
