Does anyone know what dry cow manure consists of? I am doing a school project where we need to take biomass consisting of mostly dry cow manure and turning it into biofuel. If anyone has knowledge on this topic that would be great.

Cow manure consists of cow poop. But, seriously, here is a website that sheds some light on the topic, for example, how much nitrogen is in your average cow manure.

A new conversion technology takes organic waste and turns it into usable fuel. The process to make ethanol from municipal waste can also be used on agricultural biomass waste. Search the web for some of the words here, and you ought to find some info.
