Identification: Could Someone Please Tell Me what Kind of HousePlant this is?

    Here is a photo of the plant, I think it might be some sort of succlent, but I'm not too sure,

    It's a Sansevieria. Google images of them. There are many different ones, including the shorter birds nest style of growth yours exhibits.

    These are not succulents. They grow wild in higher ground of swamps, but endure tropical drought, too. In a home they are very durable, tolerating a lot of neglect.

    Mine blossom, but they are outside in the subtropics and get water and filtered sun year round.
