Ok sofar no one has even tried to identify this plant :( Someone is trying to tell me this plant is a cannibas plant, but, personally I do not think so because of the style of the leaf clustering, the smell (or lack there of), and overall just how the plant looks. I could be wrong, but I have never seen a cannibas strain that has leaves like this plant does. Any ideas anyone?

Well, it's pretty safe to say it is not cannabis. Beyond that, though, I'm not sure. Does it have a woody stem? (it seems to in some photographs)

Well, here's a wild guess. I thought it looked woody too, and the leaves appear to be opposite, toothed, pointed. Could it be a young mountain ash, Sorbus sp., (maybe Sorbus americana), or possibly a sucker from one?

I have not seen the plant in person, but my friend who took the pictures says the stems are fairly green... But the one picture does appear to have woody stems.

Not completely sold on this but may perhaps be a tickseed (Bidens) of some sort.

I'm inclinded to say bind weed as well, that was my first thought when I saw the pics.
