Could it be an orchid?

    Left lovely Skagit county behind, first Hawaii, and now N.E. Thailand.
    I'm collecting species orchids. I bought this tiny plant at a local market. Then it flowered! Bloom is 5x4mm so very tiny. Anyone have some guidance on what it is?--Thanks--Jack micro 02.jpg

    Does have superficially orchid-like flower parts.
