    Hi everyone!

I bought a cordyline de la hermana rojo, Red Sister Cordyline. It's really beautiful, but it has some leaves with some brown spots on them. What's causing the brown spots?? The brown spots are on some bottom leaves and a few leaves from the middle. o_0

I also want to repot this plant, can I just use regular potting soil? How should I provide proper drainage?

Enlargements go out of focus but I may be seeing the stippling characteristic of mite infestation, try looking closely for those - maybe with a hand lens.

Do you mean spider mites? If it does have them .. how do I get rid of them?

Don't have to be spider mites, specifically. If found to be infested search www for mites control and other likely word combinations, starting with bigger subject and narrowing it down from left to right in the string.
