I have a Cordyline Australis which is about 4 ft high. About 3weeks ago it started shooting new growth from the bottom of the trunk. There are about 7 new shoots which are now about 1 foot long. Can anyone tell me if its advisable to leave these shoots growing or nip some of them off to encourage the main trunk to carry on growing. Ray Wiltshire
