Hi I bought a house last fall and had a bad feeling that I had knotweed on my property. I finally got around to look and it is knotweed. It has been planted on a slope. I would like to talk to someone on how I can contain and remove this plant. I will also need to plant something to control the slope from erosion. On both side of my property in the area of the slope are blackberry bushes. knotweed outcompete blackberry.. My delima is that once I remove the knotweed blackberry will regain a hold in this area. Remove one evil and another takes its place..
