    Found in southwest Ohio, October 4 - height ~24 inches - wooded slope, limestone abundant

    @ruauu2 good morning and welcome to the forum. I would agree that it is Solidago flexicaulis. broadleaved goldenrod or zigzag goldenrod.

    Cool, I didn't know of this plant. A definite standout from others in the genus.
