I have build a composter in my back yard, it is more than 6 months I have no luck getting any compost out of that. Please let me know if any body has any tip to prepare compost.

I find it takes mine about 1 year to turn all the garden waste into compost and even then, some of the more woody annuals are not totally broken down. You could check at you garden shop to see if they have any compost starter. I got some free bags (about 500gms each) a few years ago. They look like fine wood chips but I'm sure there is other stuff in with it. Anne
