Identification: Columbia Gorge Purple Flower

    Middle Columbia Gorge In Sun. What might this be?

    Comes up from a single stem. With no leaves except two long ones at the very base.

    It looks like an Allium sp...an onion.
    I do not know which ones you have there but have found a link ...so you can check each one listed yourself.

    Is it a Dichelostemma congestum. Compact harvest Lilly or Fork -tooth ookow. Common names.
