During the winter I'm going to treat my coleus as houseplants. Can't stand to lose them due to the cold weather. I have about twenty pots of coleus outside, which is quite a lot. I doubt I have that much windowsill space indoors for all of them. Many will probably be on shelves or tables. So will they tolerate less light? Currently, they're outside and get full morning/some midday sun. I don't know if they'll start sulking inside my home.

The ones that don't get as much light will not do as well. You may want to give your favourites the best spots or you might try rotating the plants so they each get a chance in the light. You might take cuttings and be able to fit more of the small starts into the limited space.
