Help on identification of Coffee Plant Help on identification of Coffee Plant .I have been keeping this plant for about 4 years. I was told that it is a coffee plant but not realy sure what kind. My brother keeps the same plant, he said its a kentucky coffee plant . . I don't think it is. I would love to know what kind of plant ..i've searched the net , cannot find it.. .......................LOOK NEW PICS.......................
It is neither Coffee arabica (coffee plant from S. America), nor Gymnocladus, Kentucky 'coffee' tree, which gets very long compound leaves that look like branches with opposing leaves on them. Not sure what it is, but I like it and it looks maddeningly familiar!
coolkc - it would've been better to add the new pics as a separate reply, because that way it informs everyone who tracks this thread via email subscriptions, new posts and the like would know about the new info. Anyway, this reply of mine will do the same.
Thanks for the help, found out what I thought was a Coffee plant Turns out to be a Bellyache Bush (Jatropha Gossypifolia) .
