I want to have a climbing rose in a pot to grow on a trellis on my north facing wall in Osoyoos BC. Does anyone have any recommendations? On the trellis already is a honeysuckle & I ( or rather, my wife!) would prefer a pink climbing rose. Thank you.
Visit local outlets to see what varieties they have, select from among those. Use a nice big pot and a variety that is extra cold hardy. Like maybe one of the Canadian Explorer kinds. If you don't see any of the latter around you will probably have to buy one off the web.
