Clementine seed does not need any special treatment. Citrus seed should be planted fresh and not allowed to dry out as that would reduce their viability. Use a well-drained medium and keep warm. Propagation by seed has been discussed a number of times in the past in the Citrus forum. The search function can be used to retrieve them. Do note that clementine seed will not produce trees that are true to type.
